MunkeyD I'm done I swear

Okay so I'm going to be stopping here with this little guy. I did most of the renders in Max. The final composite is the top one. One of the renders I couldn't figure out in Max was the subsurface scattering (SSS). That one I rendered out in Maya. Lastly their was one render that didn't make the cut. I was going to render Maya fur onto him but as much as I tried I couldn't figure out how to get that movie quality fur to render so I cut my loses and now I'm calling this guy done and moving on.

And Then...

So I started poly painting Kuul here and I'm just eye balling it while at the same time treading lightly. I don't want him to be too busy so the look I'm trying to go for is more of solid shapes with the high tech not sure if I'm achieving it. I might be playing it too safe.

I don't concept much so I cant paint as quickly as most.
I'm thinking of modeling this guy and a scene around him.
